January 20th, 2010 Orlando Florida BTR NETCOM once again proudly displaying our structured cabling products at the Winter BICSI Conference at the Rosen Shingle Resort. Attendance for the trade show was good with industry professional for across North America and the world attending. Customers, architects, consultants and engineers stopped by the BTR NETCOM boot wanting to see what new products we have to offer. The new C6Amodul was well received. Those in attendance were there to conduct and a serious tone was present at the conference.
There were 4,200 attendees and with times being tough for everyone the quality of the leads gathered at the show are excellent, Multiple leads for standard structured cabling projects as far away as Salt Lake City Utah, OEM projects with leading cable manufacturer interested in the new Module in a Keystone footprint, to new interest in the field plug. Meetings with current customers, distributor partners and OEM Cable partner. Standards development committee meetings and exhibitor liaison committees took place with BTR NETCOM taking an active role.
BTR NETCOM has continued to take a proactive role in the BICSI conferences as the GOLD sponsor for this and the next conference BTR NETCOM is a recognized leader in the structured cabling marketplace. Our sponsorship benefits include multiple signs at the entrance and throughout the trade show floor, the conference journal and advertisement placement within the journal. BTR NETCOM also sponsored the cabling skills challenge, competitors using BTR NETCOM E-DATmodul single port modules in the shielded cabling speed competition.
