Interface Modules/Industrial Relays

Available are interface modules respectively sensor/actor interface modules with changeover contacts, NO contacts, NO and NC contacts, with switches, with opto couplers, potential distributers; diode modules; lamp test modules; threshold switches, analog data encoders; digital to analog converters; annunciator modules and potential dividers.

Interface technique means to separate, convert, process, transform and adapt signals in every field of controlling and automation technique. With housings that mount to TH35 rails METZ CONNECT offers solutions for nearly every application. For many operations you need not only signal separation but additional features, too (e.g. monitoring converters, speed controls and more). But in a usual facility a few (analog) signals come up that “only” need a potential free separation before being processed by a PLC.

The METZ CONNECT product range includes compact pluggable 14 poles industrial relays with supply voltages of 24 V DC, 24 V AC, 230 V AC with 2 or 4 changeover contacts. The cadmium free contact material is available as a silver alloy or gold plated. The socket tongues are formed as solder lugs allowing also for conventional wiring. The operating position is indicated either mechanically and optically by LEDs. Circuit testing can be done in a power free status by the manual test button.
Another product is a sturdy power relay series with 11 pole internationally standardized pin arrangement for industrial use. The relays are provided with 3 changeover contacts and are available with different supply voltages 24 V DC, 24 V AC or 230 V AC. The isolating parts are made of self-extinguishing platics. The relays are equipped with a manual switch, mechanical indication of operating position and LED.

The product line is completed with sockets with screw type terminals for usual 11 pole and 14 pole industrial relays. All metal parts are arranged under cover to protect them against contact.
